You own the numbers and the team.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team across indoor sales, distributor channel, field sales, and tele-salesDrive B2B garment sales to retailers and trade buyersOwn all sales KPIs across every channelReport performance to senior management and course-correct when neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts 5+ years in sales, 2+ years leading a teamBackground in garments, textiles, or B2B trade is a strong plusProven experience managing multi-channel sales teamsStrong commercial instincts and solid communication skillsKnows the Egyptian retail and wholesale market
