Supervise and manage a team of field sales team leaders and representatives, ensuring strong daily performance and productivity.Develop daily visit plans, assign territories, and set clear sales targets for the team.Monitor and evaluate daily customer visits and review sales representatives’ reports.Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.Oversee the promotion and expansion of the company’s application within the assigned territory.Analyze sales performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance results.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to direct management, including: Target achievement rates.Key challenges and obstacles, along with proposed solutions.Follow up with new customers to ensure retention and continued engagement with the application.Maintain close coordination with: The Tele-Sales team.Customer service team to ensure service quality within the assigned area.Train new sales representatives and ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field).5 - 7 years of experience in sales, with proven prior supervisory experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
