The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & DocumentationManage end-to-end sales documentation in line with internal policies and compliance requirementsSupport the preparation of quotations, commercial proposals, and client presentationsOrder Management & ExecutionProcess and validate customer orders through ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in pricing, SKUs, quantities, and delivery timelinesCoordinate with cross-functional teams (logistics, supply chain, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillmentTrack order status and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or customer concernsReporting & AnalyticsPrepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management reviewSupport sales planning activities through forecasts, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboardsMaintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and internal systemsRequirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer Skills:Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).Familiar with ERP platforms and order‑processing workflows.Strong data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI.
