Position SummaryThe Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting marketplace growth by engaging pharmacies, following up on pharmacy activity, supporting activation and retention, and helping improve marketplace and distributor performance through consistent telesales communication.Key ResponsibilitiesContact pharmacies and follow up with them to increase engagement and platform usage.Support activation of new pharmacies and retention of existing pharmacies.Follow up with inactive or low-performing pharmacies and support reactivation.Encourage pharmacies to increase purchasing activity through the marketplace.Support marketplace performance and distributor-related follow-ups.Track call outcomes, pharmacy responses, and follow-up status.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pharmacy or distributor-related issues.Escalate operational or performance issues when needed.Maintain professional and consistent communication with pharmacies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree.1–3 years of experience.Tele sales experience in the pharma industry.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Ability to work with daily calls, targets, and performance tracking.Previous experience dealing with pharmacies is preferred.
