At Nawy, we’re looking for ambitious and people-driven Real Estate Team Leaders to lead, coach, and elevate a team of Property Consultants toward exceptional sales performance.As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team productivity, improving conversion performance, developing sales talent, and creating a high-performance culture while remaining actively involved in the business.What you'll do: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Monitor team performance across the full sales funnel, including lead management, conversion rates, pipeline health, and closing efficiency Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and on-the-job development plans for team members Support consultants in handling complex client cases, negotiations, and high-value opportunities Ensure proper CRM usage, sales tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline across the team Drive accountability and performance culture through daily follow-ups, pipeline reviews, and target management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client experiences and operational excellence Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for team improvement and business growth Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new Property Consultants Maintain strong market awareness across developers, projects, payment plans, and competitor activity Act as a role model in professionalism, sales excellence, and client relationship management
