The team works closely with developers, architects, and consultants to help them achieve their project goals through reliable, high-standard service.Role Description The Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City, responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction, development, and consulting sectors. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, presenting heating and hot water solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations tailored to project requirements. The role involves collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical information, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The Salesperson will also track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management, contributing to market growth for Built For Engineering’s services in Egypt.Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to heating, hot water, and smart building technologies.Experience working with developers, architects, consultants, or in construction, engineering, or related industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.Solid organizational and time management skills, including accurate documentation and CRM usage.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with sales tools is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a sales role is highly desirable.
