Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Salesperson position based in Cairo. As a Salesperson, your daily tasks will include identifying and engaging potential clients, assisting customers in finding the right products or services, negotiating sales agreements, and achieving sales targets. You will also provide exceptional customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to strategize and meet company sales goals. QualificationsProficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathizeMarketing and Business Development skills, including knowledge of strategies to grow customer basesAnalytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills, as well as the ability to understand client needsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plusPrevious sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
