Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will be required to meet sales targets, present and demonstrate the agency's services, and negotiate contracts with clients. Collaboration with internal marketing teams to align sales efforts with business strategies will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications Proven skills in relationship building, client communication, and interpersonal interactions Strong sales negotiation skills, presentation skills, and ability to close deals Proficiency in time management and goal-oriented planning Understanding of marketing principles, trends, and competitive strategies Experience working in a professional office environment and ability to work on-site Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required Previous sales experience in a creative or marketing agency is a plus
