Servicing diverse customers, including chain pharmacies, individual pharmacies, wholesalers, hypermarkets, and supermarkets, UCTD boasts an extensive distribution network throughout the country. With 7 regional satellites, the company ensures coverage for approximately 6,000 pharmacies, 2,890 modern trade outlets, and over 1,100 wholesalers. Offering a portfolio of over 3,500 products from 43 vendors, UCTD strategically focuses on servicing the largest 6,000 pharmacies via its expert key account management team, while a partner company provides full coverage to the remaining 34,000 operational pharmacies in Egypt. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Cairo, Egypt. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets through strategic planning. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, providing after-sales support, and staying up-to-date with market trends to identify customer needs. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain professional relationships.Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Organizational and time management skills for efficient territory management and meeting deadlines.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries is preferred but not mandatory.Proficiency in market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Willingness to travel within Cairo as required for client meetings and other business needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
