The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to potential clients, and present WeOryx’s digital marketing and development services in a clear, compelling way. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, scheduling and leading client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are accurately translated into project requirements. The Salesperson is expected to track performance against targets, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client satisfaction.Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a B2B or services environment.Ability to understand and articulate digital services such as digital marketing, web development, and app development to non-technical clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing a sales pipeline, meeting deadlines, and working toward defined sales targets.Comfortable working on-site in Beni Suef and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development, and operations).Prior experience in agency sales, digital marketing, or technology services is preferred but not strictly required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with basic productivity and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
