SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) ConsultantJob SummaryThe SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EAM solutions to optimize the lifecycle management of physical assets. The consultant works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and business teams to improve asset reliability, maintenance planning, work management, and operational efficiency through SAP EAM and related SAP modules.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to asset management, plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and maintenance operations.Configure SAP EAM (formerly SAP Plant Maintenance - PM) solutions to meet organizational requirements.Design and implement preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance processes.Configure and manage:Technical Objects (Equipment & Functional Locations)Maintenance PlansTask ListsWork OrdersNotificationsWarranty ManagementSpare Parts ManagementSupport asset lifecycle management from acquisition through retirement.Develop maintenance strategies aimed at improving asset reliability and availability.Ensure integration of SAP EAM with other SAP modules such as:Materials Management (MM)Finance (FI)Controlling (CO)Project System (PS)Production Planning (PP)Asset Accounting (AA)Assist in business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.Configure SAP Fiori applications related to maintenance and asset management.Project ResponsibilitiesParticipate in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and integrations.Support data migration activities for equipment, functional locations, and maintenance history.Execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.Support cutover planning and go-live activities.Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.Support ResponsibilitiesResolve production incidents and user issues.Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.Manage enhancements, change requests, and optimization projects.Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Ability to travel to Iraq
