Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the schoolDesign and oversee the organizational structure, departments, and reporting linesSupervise the Principal, Operations Manager, and other department headsEnsure both the IGCSE and Sudanese curricula are delivered to the highest standardLead policy development, governance, and accreditation processesOversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocationRepresent the school externally with parents, regulators, ministries, and partnersDrive enrollment growth and brand reputationFoster a culture of academic excellence, integrity, and strong character development Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (PhD preferred)10+ years of experience in school leadership, with at least 5 years as Principal, Director, or Head of SchoolProven experience in international school environments (Cambridge IGCSE, IB, or similar)Strong background in school operations, finance, and HR oversightExcellent command of Arabic and EnglishStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsExperience setting up or restructuring schools is a significant advantage
