We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader who is passionate about science education and will drive curriculum development and departmental standards while teaching in French. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Science Department, overseeing curriculum design and implementation in alignment with the French educational standards. Facilitate and mentor science educators, providing support and guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes. Develop and deliver an inspiring curriculum that integrates inquiry-based learning and hands-on scientific experiences. Monitor and evaluate the department's academic performance and create strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a collaborative team environment, fostering professional development among staff through workshops, training sessions, and meetings. Encourage parental involvement and engagement in the science curriculum, enhancing the educational experience for students. Fluency in French is required, with experience teaching science in the French language. Valid teaching qualification (such as PGCE, QTS, etc.) preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in secondary science education, with leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of the French educational system and curriculum requirements.
