Scrum Master

For a well-known Islamic Bank in Egypt, we are looking for a Scrum Master to ensure the successful adoption and execution of Agile and Scrum practices across teams. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving delivery efficiency, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining transparency with stakeholders through accurate reporting and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper adoption and consistent execution of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks across assigned teams.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinate effectively between development, business, security, and integration teams to ensure smooth delivery.Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments that may impact team progress or delivery timelines.Continuously support the team in improving delivery velocity, quality, and Agile maturity.Prepare and present clear, timely, and accurate reports on sprint progress, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and key Agile metrics.Maintain transparency, alignment, and effective communication across all stakeholders.Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and best practices within Agile teams.Qualification:Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field3+ Experience in a scrum master role.Familiarity with software development.Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Excellent communication and servant leadership skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityHands-on experience with Jira or similar toolsGeneral Influential, Collaborative, Observant, Knowledgeable, Transparent, team Enabling skills.Additional Skills (Optional but Beneficial):Scrum master certification. (either: Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
