Home Vacation is hiring an SEO Specialist to own and grow our organic acquisition across the European-to-Red-Sea property market. You'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and measurement of our SEO performance across multiple languages and buyer segments — turning search demand into qualified leads for our sales floor.This is a high-ownership role inside a brokerage that takes marketing seriously. You'll work alongside media buyers, content creators, and sales to make sure search isn't just a traffic channel — it's a measurable contributor to revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute the full SEO strategy: technical, on-page, content, and off-pageConduct in-depth keyword research across multiple markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Nordics, and Egyptian diaspora segments) and intent stagesRun technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals issuesDevelop content briefs and topic clusters that target high-intent property search terms (Hurghada, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Soma Bay, investment-related queries, lifestyle queries, etc.)Optimize landing pages and property listing pages for conversion as well as rankingBuild and execute a link-building strategy appropriate for real estate and international marketsManage and improve our Google Business Profile and local SEO footprintTrack, report, and forecast performance: rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and pipeline contributionStay ahead of algorithm updates, AI Overviews, and the changing search landscape — and translate that into actionCoordinate with media buyers and content teams to ensure SEO and paid work compound, not compete 4-9 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with at least one role in real estate, travel, hospitality, or international/multi-market e-commerceProven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions for at least one site — be ready to share specificsStrong technical SEO foundation: crawling, indexation, site architecture, schema, page speed, log file basicsExcellent command of SEO tooling: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio (or equivalents)Solid grasp of content strategy and the ability to write or brief content that ranks and convertsExperience with multi-language or international SEO (hreflang, geo-targeting, market-specific search behavior) is a strong plusComfortable working with developers and writing clear technical specificationsStrong English (written and spoken); additional European language is a plusData-driven mindset — you measure what matters and can defend your priorities with numbersSelf-directed, organized, and able to own outcomes in a fast-moving environmentFamiliarity with the Red Sea property market or European buyer behavior is a bonus, not a requirementNice to HaveExperience with programmatic SEO for property or location-based pagesWorking knowledge of AI search optimization (LLM citations, AI Overviews)Background combining SEO with CRO or paid media coordination
