The Secretary will manage daily clerical and administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, organizing files and records, preparing documents, and maintaining calendars and schedules. This role supports executives and team members with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-up on action items. The Secretary will also respond to phone calls and inquiries, assist with basic customer service needs, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks are essential to this position.Qualifications Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.Experience in company secretarial work, such as organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining official records.Proven executive administrative assistance capabilities, including calendar management, travel coordination, and task prioritization.Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and professional telephone and email etiquette.Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles; experience in export/import or agriculture sectors is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
