1. Customer Service & ReceptionWelcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.Provide hospitality services and ensure a positive customer experience.Direct customers to the appropriate service areas efficiently.Answer incoming calls and route them properly.2. Administrative & Records ManagementAccurately record customer data in the system.Send and receive hearing aids and molds to/from the main center, ensuring proper documentation.Process and record issuing and receiving vouchers.Manage inventory of hearing aids and accessories.Ensure all stock transactions are properly documented and maintained.3. Financial & Coordination DutiesHandle customer-related financial transactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping.Coordinate with doctors, employees, and other branches regarding customer needs.Issue hearing aids to representatives for delivery to doctors when required.Manage internal branch requirements such as office supplies, promotional materials, and hospitality items.4. Operations & SupportCommunicate with the main center and other branches to resolve customer issues.Assist in branch closing procedures, ensuring safety measures (electricity, water, etc.).Support the Branch Manager in collecting data and preparing performance reports.Follow all operational procedures and internal work instructions. Bachelor’s degree (preferred).Proficient in computer use.Good command of the English language.
