Job PurposeThe Secretary provides administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination between departments and management. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office administration and filing systemsHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionallyPrepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutesSchedule appointments, meetings, and calendars for managementCoordinate travel arrangements and bookings when requiredCommunicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments in English and ArabicMaintain office records, documents, and confidential filesFollow up on tasks, deadlines, and management requestsReceive visitors and provide professional front-desk support when neededSupport management with general administrative tasksRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field3-5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative rolesVery good command of English (written and spoken)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and communication skills
