Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.Prepare, type, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.Receive visitors and provide general assistance.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.Handle confidential information with discretion.Support management and staff with administrative tasks.
