We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to join our team in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required.Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.Requirements:Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional attitude and good communication skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
