We are looking for a professional and organized Female Secretary to support daily administrative and office operations in a dynamic pumps trading company. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing documents, assisting management, and ensuring smooth office workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and administrative tasks.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain managers’ calendars.Prepare quotations, reports, and basic documents when required.Organize and maintain company files, contracts, and records.Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.Assist the sales and management team with administrative support.Arrange travel bookings, meeting logistics, and office supplies.Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
