Upshare Developments is seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to support our executive team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our headquarters. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, representing the company's values of excellence, transparency, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesManage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, and mailPrepare, proofread, and organize reports, presentations, and official documentsGreet and assist clients, partners, and visitors in a professional mannerMaintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documents, and recordsCoordinate with internal departments and external parties on behalf of managementArrange travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for business tripsFollow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completionSupport the preparation of meetings, including agendas and minutesHandle confidential information with the utmost discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field2–4 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in real estateExcellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spokenProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsProfessional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh level of discretion and confidentiality
