We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about client relationships, project management, and creating impactful experiences:Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow client accounts while maintaining strong relationships.Handle clients’ events and coordinate all project requirements internally.Attend client meetings, presentations, and event execution when needed.Develop creative ideas and strategies to enhance client experience.Monitor budgets and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope.Identify upselling and new business opportunities with existing clients.Handle client communication, feedback, reporting, and final evaluations.Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.Requirements:Previous agency experience is a mustBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in Account Management.Fluent English speaker.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.Work Conditions:𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Mall of Arabia - 6th of October, Egypt.Working 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 9–5 or 10–6 (Sun–Thu).On-site - Fulltime.
