Role Overview:This is a key sales seat in our growing global account management function. You will both generate and close: building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, and converting qualified leads from the US, Europe, and GCC into recurring Orbt accounts. You will help scale the playbook as the hub grows.ResponsibilitiesGenerate pipeline through outbound prospecting: cold outreach, networking, and market research across the US, Europe, and GCC.Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution mapping, demo, proposal, negotiation, close.Run consultative, value-based sales for a payout platform (digital payouts, distribution API, white-label).Understand each client's payout and disbursement flows, then map Orbt's platform to them.Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms with international clients.Maintain clean, real-time pipeline data and accurate recurring-revenue forecasts in the CRM.Provide structured deal feedback to product and leadership to sharpen positioning.Help define the playbook, SOPs, and metrics that future hub hires will run on.Qualifications4 to 7 years in fintech, payments, payout, SaaS, or B2B platform sales, with a documented record of hitting or beating quota.Full-cycle experience: you generate your own leads and close them, not just one or the other.Experience selling a platform or API product, not a transactional or trading product.Strong outbound prospecting skill with modern tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, zoominfo, or similar).Comfort selling to a range of business buyers across finance, HR, marketing, and operations.Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or Odoo required, the other a plus).Native Arabic and near-native English, written and verbal.Comfort working across time zones to reach US and EU clients.A builder's mindset: you can create process, not just follow it.
