Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager with strong market connections in Egypt and proven expertise in Microsoft Cloud solutions. This role is pivotal in driving customer success, expanding CSP business, and building long-term strategic relationships with clients. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen and a market-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Corporate and SMB clients, ensuring alignment with their digital transformation goals. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Microsoft CSP ecosystem, leveraging market insights and connections. Pipeline Growth: Drive qualified pipeline generation, focusing on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft AI, Security). Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, and customer adoption metrics to ensure consistent growth.Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within IT or cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft AI, Security). Proven track record in CSP business development and customer success. Established network and market connections in Egypt’s IT and SMB/Corp sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
