The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services, supporting multiple client engagements, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a professional services environment. Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within an accounting or consulting firm.Solid experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and advisory support.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA standards.Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).Language Skills:Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Core Competencies:Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.High level of accountability and ownership.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsProfessional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.Experience in accounting advisory, liquidation, or restructuring projects.Previous experience in a Big Four firm (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC) is a plus, but not mandatory.Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.
