Audit and verify all daily revenue transactions from restaurants, bars, operations.Reconcile POS reports with cash, credit card, and online payment records.Review and validate guest checks, discounts, voids, and complimentary items.Ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded and posted in the system.Prepare daily income audit reports and highlight discrepancies.Coordinate with F&B and finance teams to resolve variances.Monitor internal control procedures to prevent fraud and revenue leakage.Audit night closing procedures and ensure proper system shutdowns.Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.Monitoring and supervising the cashier team in implementing the financial policies related to various revenues and coordinating with the different financial departments to ensure bank deposits.Performing daily revenue analysis for all types of restaurants, including revenue from tourism, events, and individual bookings (Daily sales) .Coordination with the cost management department regarding sales analysis.Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting entries.Detect and prevent discrepancies, fraud, or revenue leakage.Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.Provide detailed financial insights per outlet (revenue, cost, profitability).Investigate variances, voids, discounts, and complimentary items.Support management in strategic financial decisions.Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.Monitor receivables (corporate clients, events, partners).Ensure proper aging and collection follow-up.Prepare detailed financial reports including: Profit & Loss Statements ,Balance Sheets ,Cash Flow Reports. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance ( English Department) is a Must.Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Luxury Restaurants (F&B) as a Senior Accountant or General Accountant is a Must.Strong knowledge of POS systems and accounting softwares is a Must.Advanced Excel and Word skills is a Must.Previous experience in systems such as Sun, Comsys is a Must.Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
