Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations.Manage full-cycle tax compliance including VAT, payroll tax, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and stamp duty, with timely and accurate filing with the Egyptian Tax Authority.Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.Issue client invoices aligned to contract milestones and manage receivables follow-up.Process monthly payroll in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.Support financial proposal preparation and project cost tracking across active engagements. RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance from an accredited Egyptian university.Professional certification is a plus: CMA, ACCA, or Egyptian Certified Accountant.Experience3 to 5 years of accounting experience in Egypt with direct exposure to Egyptian Tax Authority filing procedures.Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.Technical Skills & ProgramsEgyptian tax system: Income Tax Law No. 91/2005, VAT Law No. 67/2016, Labor Law No. 14/2025, and Social Insurance regulations.Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and IFRS fundamentals.Accounting software: QuickBooks, Odoo, or equivalent ERP.Microsoft Excel: advanced level.Power BI: proficient, for financial dashboard preparation and management reporting.LanguagesArabic: Native, professional written and spoken.English: Professional working proficiency, required for client correspondence and regional reporting.
