Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting documentation.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany transactions.Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial documentation.Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and internal controls.Assist in developing and improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, when applicable.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of accounting documents.Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. EducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Experience3–6 years of progressive accounting experience.Experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and month-end/year-end closing.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS is preferred).Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and PivotTables.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Soft SkillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
