Job DescriptionSenior Accountant - Zoho Books (KSA Experience Required)Location: Dubai, UAEPreferred: Egypt-based candidates ready for relocationFull-timeAbout the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (mandatory) and proven experience working with Saudi Arabian companies, including deep knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA, VAT, WHT, etc.).The ideal candidate is currently based in Egypt and open to relocating to Dubai, with prior experience handling full accounting cycles for KSA-based entities.Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management Manage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsHandle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingManage balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statementsEnsure timely month-end and year-end closingSaudi Tax & Compliance (Mandatory) Prepare and file VAT returns (ZATCA compliance)Handle WHT filings and tax computationsEnsure compliance with Saudi tax regulations and e-invoicing requirementsCoordinate with external auditors and tax consultantsMaintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspectionsZoho Books (Mandatory) Full implementation and management of Zoho BooksChart of accounts setup and optimizationAutomation of workflows and financial reportingIntegration with payroll and other systems if requiredMaintain data accuracy and system integrityPayroll & HR Financial Coordination Payroll processing and bank transfersEnd-of-service calculationsSupport in compliance related to GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, etc. (preferred)RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's or CMA/IFRS certification is a plus)Minimum 8-12 years of accounting experienceProven experience working with Saudi companiesStrong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, and tax regulationsZoho Books experience is mandatoryExperience with ERP systemsStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsExcellent English communication skillsCurrently based in Egypt and willing to relocate to DubaiPreferred QualificationsExperience in contracting, trading, retail, or event-based businessesExposure to UAE accounting standards (advantage)Experience handling multi-entity accountingBenefitsRelocation opportunity to DubaiDynamic, fast-growing company environmentExposure to GCC multi-market operationsCareer growth opportunity into Finance Manager / CFO track
