Job Description: Provide first-line support to business users, addressing application and system issues in a timely manner.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents that disrupt application services and business operations.Track, manage, and report support issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.Analyze support tickets, take ownership of issue investigation, and ensure resolution.Escalate issues and proposals to the corporate SAP Support Team when necessary.Provide first-line support for SAP systems by troubleshooting issues, assisting business users, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP modules.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and user support skills.Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
