Position SummaryTo prepare commercially sound quotations and assist the sales force in winning orders through technicalclarifications as part of a team. Prepare proposals for customers within deadlines. Respond to technical questions timely and accurately. Enter clean orders on all our factories and develop sufficient knowledge to properly administer all orders whether they are for pumps, parts, valves, services, or orders for returned material. Expedite data, information, and orders with all factories. Develop strong relations with internal factory customers, representatives and customers where applicable. Essential ResponsibilitiesReview of contract Technical specifications for Engineered Pumps.Optimize and select the suitable Pump using selection tool to meet the contract requirements and fix thestrategy for quotation and ensuring the selected products and materials for required application.Prepare Request for quotations (RFQ) for buy outs - Drivers, Mechanical Seals and Systems, Couplings andother Major accessories required for complete quotation.Follow up with Sub suppliers of major accessories for Quotation and Review of Vendor offers.Interface with Product engineering for hydraulic modifications and Pricing whenever required.Interface with factory for costing and commercial quotations.Price working and Preparation of techno commercial offer to the Customer with detailed clarification &deviation list.Resolve technical queries for completeness and technical correctness of the offer.Attend Technical Meetings with customer and resolve their Technical queries.Update and share job related progress in every steps with the reporting manger.Preparation of clean factory order upon receipt of order from Customer and participate in order hand overmeeting.Resolving order related re-conciliations with the factory Project Managers.Update and maintaining job data base and involving in Continuous Improvement activities.Support achievement of the company’s orders targets year on yearBe familiar with all ITT Goulds Pumps products and servicesBe familiar with company organization structure, chain of command, policies and procedures.Support Field Sales Engineers, Area Sales Managers and representatives in all aspects of business with theobjective of increasing sales and improving customer service.Expedite data, information, and orders with all factories, enable to highest filling of orders.Other duties as requested by management.Position RequirementsEducation:Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering DegreeExperience:8 years of experience in industrial centrifugal pumps field with solid knowledge in pump selection, sizing and hydraulic requirements.Demonstrated experience in interpreting Customer technical requirements Vs. manufacturer offering range.Well familiar with related industrial standards, such as API610, API682, ISO 5199, ANSI B73…etc.Familiar with other industrial equipment involved in scope of pump skid such as Motors, Mechanical Seals and Systems, Couplings, Engines, Turbines, Instruments…etc.Comprehensive understanding of tendering process for industrial business (timely bids preparation, sub-components RFQ preparation, handling TQs and negotiating deviation lists…etc.)Previous experience in customer facing function including frequent interactions with external customer and closing the loop with internal counterparts such as sales teams, advanced procurement teams, factories teams, product teams…etc.Preferred experience in major EMEA regional EPCs and End Users specifications such as Shell, Aramco, ADNOC, Saipem, Technip, Tecnicas Reunidas, ENPPI…etc.Skills/Knowledge:Fluent in English (other language plus)Team OrientedStrong PC Skills with Windows and Office ProgramsSelf -StarterAbility to establish relationships with Customer baseExcellent Communication Skills
