Department: Enabling TechnologyLocation: Egypt, Cairo.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ARC RBAC Engineer with strong expertise in IAM/CIAM, authorization design, and access governance to help drive secure digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work on designing and implementing robust RBAC/ABAC authorization models, integrating applications with IAM systems, ensuring compliance with least privilege and segregation of duties principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Empowers• Makes sound technical decisions within RBAC/authorizations scope; escalates risks and proposes mitigationsThinks Customers• Contributes to design discussions, analyzes needs, and proposes practical authorization solutions that enable simpler business processes.Fosters Agility• Find untapped opportunities and enable new efficiencies through information technology and improvements in policies and procedures and automation.• Manages exceptions effectivelyCollaborates• Very effective in communication and establishing good relationship with all stakeholders, building trust and respect for the team as a function.Builds Talent• Actively develops own expertise through continuous learning, staying current with IAM/CIAM and authorization practices, and applying new skills to improve delivery quality.Drives Impact• Proposes and implements automation of processes and activities leading to cost reduction and improved controls.• Improves user experience with working with the systems and processes.ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• University degree in Information Technology Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant• Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management domains.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP RBAC design and implementation• Experience with Omada and SAP applications advantage.• Authorization modeling and implementation experience (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC)• Strong analytical skills and ability to independently drive complex tasks to resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.• Familiarity with ITGC (IT General Controls), audit requirements (e.g., SOX compliance) and PAM.• Knowledge of SAP security architecture, including user provisioning, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and audit controls• An unwavering desire to follow and enforce policies• High integrity and team player• Open and adaptable to different cultures and personalities• Fluent in written and verbal EnglishABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
