Roles:Execute Technical Office works (Quantity Surveying – Interim Payment Certificates – Shop Drawings – RFIs).Preparing shop drawings and as-built for submission and approval.Monitoring work quality and preparing periodic technical reports.Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications.Set the Quality Control procedures and inspection processes in accordance with approved specifications.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants to ensure smooth workflow.Assist in resolving technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.Verify quantities, materials, and resources for accuracy and efficiency.Manage and supervise site teams, including junior engineers, technicians, and laborers.Ensure proper documentation of RFIs, site instructions, change orders, and as-built drawings.Participate in project meetings, providing updates and technical advice.Monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.Conduct site surveys and provide inputs for cost estimation and budgeting Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field5-8 years of proven experience in site engineering and architectural engineering roles, ideally at a manager level.Auto CAD & Microsoft office products proficiency is a mustRevit proficiency / PMP certification is a plusGood command of EnglishStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Full knowledge of the Egyptian Code for Finishing Works and technical specifications.
