Senior Architectural BIM Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Architectural BIM Engineer to develop, manage, and coordinate high-quality architectural BIM models and project documentation, ensuring compliance with project requirements, client standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). The role emphasizes technical excellence, model coordination, and mentoring the BIM team to ensure successful project delivery up to LOD 400 and LOD 500.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and coordinate architectural BIM models in line with company standards and project BEPs.Perform multidisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes using Navisworks or equivalent tools.Produce accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation extracted from BIM models.Support and guide the BIM team by providing technical assistance and following up on assigned tasks to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Conduct BIM model reviews and maintain model integrity throughout all design and construction stages.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders as required.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in architecture.Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural BIM.Proven experience delivering projects up to LOD 400 and LOD 500.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Excellent coordination and communication skills.BIM certification or Autodesk Certified Professional is an advantage.
