Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Full proficiency & accuracy in preparing comprehensive Shop Drawings including all required details.Provide technical support to construction team in site.High accuracy and expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS) for required construction and architectural items.Performing comprehensive technical compliance and Coordination checks. between different engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) to resolve conflicts.Receiving, reviewing, and archiving Tender documents and specificationsAbility to propose unique and innovative Architectural & Interior Design solutions, and contributing to the development of project identity. Job RequirementsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture Engineering Government universities are preferred.Experience: 3 – 5 years in the same position.Proficiency in AutoCAD (2d-3d), Revit, Sketch up, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Microsoft office.Experience of Real estate Companies is a must.
