JOB TITLESenior Associate, Lease Contract | MAF Properties | West RegionRole SummaryThe position is responsible for providing timely active support to the AMBU Leasing Team in the development and monitoring of Lease Agreement Documents, communication with tenants etc., ensuring that all lease related documents comply with the agreed terms, conditions of the contract and commitment between the company and the client.ROLE PROFILECollect and verify all required tenant legal documentation (e.g., trade license, registration, insurance, passport copies) to ensure compliance.Prepare draft and final lease agreements, amendments, and deeds in line with agreed lease terms and coordinate client review and approval.Review and validate lease deal entries in the data capture system based on Leasing Team inputs.Confirm tenant acceptance of lease agreements, ensuring clarity and no ambiguity in contractual commitments.Coordinate payment documents with lease agreements and ensure submission to clients to secure signed agreements and payments.Manage all correspondence with tenants (email, letters, fax) and follow up until lease execution is completed.Liaise with internal departments (Leasing, Finance, Legal, Retail Architecture) by providing inputs and receiving required outputs such as receipts and legal documents.Maintain accurate records and reporting of all lease documentation in systems (e.g., Yardi/MRI/SharePoint) and ensure compliance with company policies and values.Requirements1–2 years of experience in lease administration and documentation.Experience preferably gained in legal firms, retail, or real estate companies.Exposure to handling lease-related contracts and documentation processes.Understanding of administrative and legal coordination tasks.Legal education preferred as the minimum academic qualification.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
