JOB TITLESenior Associate, Operations | MAF Properties | Asset Management EgyptRole SummaryThe position is mainly responsible to effectively Administer the day-to-day operations of the Centre in terms of Centre Presentation, Security, Safety, Cleaning, Engineering, Facilities and Ambience and ensure that all are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements.ROLE PROFILEOversee on-site operations, including tenant coordination and document collection.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and customers.Collaborate with the centralized team to address operational challenges.Monitor and report on-site operational performance.Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.Support sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Administer the day-to-day operations of the Centre in terms of Centre Presentation, Security, Safety, Cleaning, Engineering, Facilities and Ambience and ensure that all are kept up to the highest quality standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in managing Mall Operations / maintenance, Safety & Security, and Facilities management.Proficient user of MS Office and MS ProjectExcellent communication and leadership skills.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
