An international consulting firm is seeking an experienced external sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in consulting and training - or a related field - and a proven network of relationships in the Egyptian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving rapid sales of our consulting services and corporate training programs.Responsibilities include:• Activating existing relationships with factories and companies to establish fast and effective sales channels.• Building and developing strong relationships with HR managers, training managers, and CEOs at target companies.• Managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying target clients and presenting technical proposals to finalizing contracts.• Understanding and coordinating the training and consulting needs of companies with the technical team to deliver suitable solutions. Requirements and Conditions:• Essential requirement: A strong and active network of contacts with decision-makers in Egyptian companies.• Proven experience of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the training and consulting sector, or a related field.• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to close deals.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
