Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth for our food production centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring strategic wholesale customers, and managing long-term relationships across the foodservice and retail sectors.Our production centre manufactures premium baked goods, pastries, desserts, and cakes, supplying both external B2B customers and our own retail brands.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's B2B sales strategy.Identify and acquire new wholesale customers.Build long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, supermarkets, convenience stores, distributors, and corporate clients.Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and tasting sessions.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close commercial agreements.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Grow existing customer accounts while identifying cross-selling opportunities.Coordinate with production and operations to ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive fixed monthly salary.Attractive commission structure based on collected sales and new business generated.Performance bonuses based on successfully closing new customer accounts and achieving sales targets.Career development opportunities within a growing food manufacturing and retail group.Professional, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within food manufacturing, bakery, FMCG, foodservice, or HORECA.Proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.Existing network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, supermarkets, or food distributors is a strong advantage.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
