BIM Modelling CoordinationDevelop, update, and maintain electrical BIM models in compliance with project and company standards.Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, and other MEP trades to ensure design integration.Lead clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks, Revit, or other coordination tools.Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Generate and manage electrical shop drawings and as-built documentation. Planning SchedulingCollaborate with the planning team to align BIM model progress with project schedules.Utilize Primavera P6 to support project planning, sequencing, and progress tracking.Provide planning insights based on model data to enhance project delivery timelines. Collaboration Quality ControlLiaise with design engineers, BIM managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in models.Conduct model audits and quality checks to maintain consistency and data integrity.Support the BIM Manager in preparing reports, clash detection logs, and coordination updates.
