Role DescriptionThe Senior BIM Interior Designer will oversee the design and implementation of interior spaces in alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Key responsibilities include leading the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for interior projects, creating detailed interior designs, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, Egypt, requiring collaboration with various departments to deliver innovative and functional interiors that meet client needs. QualificationsProficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.Strong interior design skills, including space planning, material selection, and visual presentation.Ability to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.Experience with project coordination and multi-disciplinary collaboration.Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and building codes.Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and work with clients effectively.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.Previous experience in a senior interior design or BIM-related role is highly desirable.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
