Job Purpose: Managing the planning, implementation, and control of marketing strategies and programs for the managed portfolio to maintain the maximum sales target.Key Responsibilities:Follow up on current and future projects (NPDs, Campaigns, activations…. etc) to ensure sustainability or gain market share.Develop performance reports for the assigned brands to monitor the brand performance and take correct action if neededWorks closely with the sales team to achieve mutual Targets.Handles Digital media activations and posting tracking in coordination with digital marketing to agree upon KPIS.Develops marketing plans and strategies to grow and expand the relevant brands within the company in terms of strategic importance.Gives briefs to agencies on brand strategy and evaluates proposals and requirements for point of sale.Conduct Market research with 3rd party to get customer and market insights.Develop brand guidelines and documents to maintain consistency and harmony across the brands’ packaging and communication across different media channels.Analyzes market data and sales trends to ensure accurate sales & share targets for each brand, segment & market.Keeps Continuous tracking and monitoring of competitors’ activities. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.From 6 to 8 years of Brand management/marketing experience in the FMCG or personal care sector.Excellent Command of EnglishExcellent command of using different Microsoft Office programs.
