UXBERT Labs is part of the Supertech Group also consisting of Hala Yalla, Saudi's #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platform, and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENAKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify and prioritize the business needs, scope of work, and requirementsWrite clear and comprehensive, internal and external documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user storiesEffectively communicate requirements, key insights, and findings to cross-functional team members, management, and other stakeholdersMonitor project status by performing a daily follow-up with the teams, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actionsConduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsEvaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutionsCollaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesFacilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverablesAssist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirementsCreate training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate the transition to new processes, systems, or solutionsRequirementsProven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modelingThe ability to understand problems and find solutionsThe ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management, as well as conduct stakeholder meetingsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsSolid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practicesProficient in tools for documentation and project tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExperience in creating detailed reports and giving presentationsExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAdvanced technical skills, experience with system integration, APIs, and web servicesExcellent documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are a mustKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or IT/Computer ScienceAt least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field is required
