Job Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level business automation solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation tools.Lead development of workflows, case management, and decision services using IBM Business Automation Workflow, IBM ODM, and IBM RPA.Architect and configure reusable automation components.Collaborate with solution architects and analysts to translate business requirements.Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices.Perform performance tuning and integration of IBM tools with external systems.Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes effectively.Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients as needed.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.From 4-7 years of experience in business process automationAdvanced experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow, IBM RPA, IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, and FileNet.Strong understanding of RESTful services and integration patterns.Ability to work in agile teams and handle end-to-end project lifecycles.IBM Certified Developer – Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
