Bevatel is hiring a Senior Business Developer to join our sales team.Website: https://www.bevatel.com/Location: Dokki-Giza (Totally on-site)Role Overview:As a Software Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our SaaS solutions in the Egyptian market. This is a hybrid "Hunter" and "Farmer" role. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities through direct field engagement and nurturing long-term relationships with our existing client base to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.Primary Responsibilities:New Business Development: Proactively generate leads and bridge the gap between initial interest and closed deals through face-to-face meetings and on-site presentations. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing regular account updates and ensuring they are informed of new product features. Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and tailor SaaS solutions to their specific business needs. Customer Support & Success: Assist current customers with technical inquiries and provide high-level support to ensure maximum product adoption. Market Strategy: Represent the brand in the local market, attending industry events and networking to build a robust pipeline. RequirementsMaster Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to articulate complex SaaS concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Active Listening: A "client-first" mindset with the ability to listen actively, seek understanding, and empathise with user challenges. Collaboration: A proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal product and support teams to resolve client issues. Field Experience: Previous experience in outside sales or field-based business development, specifically within the Egyptian market. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn SaaS platforms and provide basic technical troubleshooting/support for clients. 3+ years of experience as a Software Sales Specialist. Hands on experience in the Egyptian market. Hands-on experience in outdoor software sales, consistently meeting targets through face-to-face client engagement.
