Job Purpose: Drive business growth by achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and strengthening strategic relationships within the assigned territory and product portfolio. The role focuses on delivering integrated technical and commercial solutions that meet client needs, while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth in line with business strategy.Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors to expand market share and client portfolio.Provide tailored technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer requirements and project specifications.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.Prepare and submit accurate proposals, quotations, and tenders in compliance with company standards and client expectations.Conduct regular client visits and site follow-ups to monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to promote company offerings and generate leads.Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data using CRM systems.Ensure adherence to pricing policies, contractual terms, and company procedures to protect profitability.Prepare periodic sales reports highlighting performance, pipeline status, risks, and opportunities.
