Main job duties and responsibilities:Assist in identifying potential clients by researching local businesses, government contracts, and upcoming projects in the facility management sector.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings, using insights to inform sales strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Develop detailed service proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and cost estimates, tailored to address specific client needs and requirements.Help in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and industry conferences to network and promote the company’s services.Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and gather information to inform proposals and service offerings.Gather and analyze market data to support business development initiatives and identify trends that may impact the company’s services.Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance indicators, reporting findings to the business development team.Respond to client inquiries and provide information about the company’s services, facilitating a positive initial contact experience.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.Job requirements:Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Min. 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facility management Field (Business Development Executive / Senior).Min. 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facility management Field.
