Job TitleSenior Business Development ManagerJob ScopeThe Senior Business Development Manager is accountable for researching and identifying new opportunities to grow, develop business and propose new potential deals while leading on projects from introduction to implementation locally, regionally and internationally. S/He studies financial impacts, reviews the organization positioning, analyzes market trends and forges strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Most importantly, S/He suggests and makes the right decisions in complex environments using latest technologies and data.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical and OperationsIdentify, secure and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits and outsourced servicesDetect new markets and market needs to grow business and sales promoting the company servicesConduct business reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness linked to technology-related implications, opportunities and limitationsOversee, monitor and control all strategic projects, identify room for improvement and system enhancements while recommending solutions and competencies leading to data-driven decision makingEnsure proper planning of future developmental projects in alignment with the company strategy taking into account latest trends in technology and linking them to the existing operational activities for higher efficiency and cost controlRecommend creative and innovative solutions that help solving complex business and operational issues while analyzing trends in queries to ensure more targeted deliverablesPrepare presentations on new projects and business development opportunities and coordinate the progress of different projects with internal and external stakeholdersAnticipate market evolutions and competitors’ activities and suggest solutions based on latest technologies and emerging trendsFollow through yearly budget ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and prepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential projectsEvaluate technology and systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement suggesting new developmental projects for the company in the field of technology and innovationMaintain and nurture contacts with strategic business partners and potential clients generating revenues and attracting partnershipsTalent DevelopmentEnsure that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the company HR strategy at a departmental levelAct as an agent of change and challenge departmental structures and processes to accompany change initiativesLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownershipDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.Position RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.ExperienceAt least 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions for virtualization and network security producte like VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, Microsoft. #LI-DNI
