Job TitleSenior Consultant - Business SolutionJob ScopeThe Lead Consultant - Business Solution is accountable for providing consultancy to customers while translating their requirements into workable solutions. S/He manages on-site trainings, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis while overlookingMain Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirementsResponsible for analysis, advisory services, specification and complex problem solving within the solution areaProvide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SolutionParticipate in business solution workshops and share configuration and integration expertiseCreate detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment planLead and drive the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projectsDemonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clientsDefine the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelinesAnalyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimizationWork closely with the offshore team to manage/ monitor their priorities and deliverablesLead and drive implementation activities of data migration and trainingWork closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordinglyMaintain responsibility for and help ensure that the service and process components are seamlessly integrated to other areasFollow up on tickets with the customer and VendorProvide project updates to Business Solution team and managementCommunicate project deliverables with the customers and Project Manager on regular basisProactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the applicationLead and deliver on-site user trainingPerform any other job-related duties as assignedPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information SystemsExperienceAt least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
